Shipping and returns

 

Customer service is our top priority. Orders are processed quickly through secure servers. Once they are processed, we do our best to pack and ship them within one to two business days. It’s our top priority to get the product to you as soon as we can. (Excluding Weekends/Holidays)

Shipping & Shipping Fee:
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We reserve the right to select alternative shipping carrier in case of availability.

International Order:
International shipping will be calculated depending on location. Please contact us prior to placing your order. Please note that our customers will be responsible for local taxes and custom duties.

Overnight Shipping:
Overnight shipping is available upon request. Please Contact us prior to placing order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Inflatable Animals values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and include manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, intact packaging, etc. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Returns are accepted within 14 days. Manufacturer defects will be replaced at no cost within the 14 day period. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is Non-refundable.

Custom Made Inflatable Products: 
1. ACCEPTANCE: Inflatable Animals accepts Customer's order for the inflatable product(s) or item(s) listed on the Invoice. Customer acknowledges that he/she has read and fully understands and agrees to the Ts&Cs set forth below. No different or additional terms will be accepted by Inflatable Animals without written consent of authorized Inflatable Animals personnel. Inflatable Animals is not responsible for clerical or typographical errors made on any of its documents, quotations or literature. This Contract is effective as of the Invoice Date or once Customer has placed a deposit for the Invoice. Customer agrees that by placing a deposit for the Invoice he/she has agreed to the Ts&Cs set forth below.

2. PAYMENT: Payment shall be made on all orders as follows: Customer must make a non-refundable 60% deposit on the price of each Custom Product. Orders placed without a deposit will not be started until a security deposit has been received. Shipping date will be based on the date the deposit is received and communicated to the customer. Final payment (40%) must be received prior to shipment of order. All funds for payment must be in U.S. dollars with wire transfer or credit card. Inflatable Animals reserved the right to choose the method of payment.

3. SHIPPING: Inflatable Animals uses the services of several common carriers to handle the delivery of its products. Whenever possible, Inflatable Animals will pass on the discounts offered by shipping carriers to the Customer. Unless a carrier is specified by the Customer, Inflatable Animals will use, at its discretion, its carrier of choice to deliver the product(s) to the Customer. Unless noted otherwise on the Invoice, all costs and expenses related to shipment, including insurance, customs expenses, duties, taxes, and so on, shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer. Inflatable Animals is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, Union strikes, fires, floods, freight embargoes and acts of governments. Damages caused by the shipping carrier are not the responsibility of Inflatable Animals. The shipping carrier’s policies for handling of damaged goods during shipping must be followed to ensure that claims are handled properly.

4. LIMITED WARRANTY: Inflatable Animals provides Customer a limited 14 days repair warranty and agrees to warrant only that the products will be fit for their intended purpose, merchantable and without material defect in workmanship and materials. All sales are final on custom made inflatable products. Inflatable Animals WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY CUSTOM MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS. Customer will be responsible for any and all charges for the shipping of the product(s) returned for warranty repair.

5. INSPECTION: Customer shall inspect the product(s) promptly after receipt and shall notify Inflatable Animals in writing of any claims, including claims of breach of warranty, within fourteen (14) days after Customer discovers or should have discovered the facts upon which the claim is based. Failure of Customer to give written notice of a claim within the inspection time period shall be deemed to be a waiver of a claim for defective products, a waiver of the right to reject the goods, and conclusive proof that the product(s) were received by Customer without defect(s).

6. DISCLAIMER: INFLTABLE ANIMALS DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER TO CUSTOMER OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR INJURY TO PERSON, OR DAMAGE TO AND/OR LOSS OF PROPERTY AND/OR VALUE CAUSED BY ANY PRODUCT WHICH HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT, MISAPPLIED, MODIFIED, REPAIRED BY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS, IMPROPERLY INSTALLED OR MAINTAINED.

7. TAXES and DUTY: All orders are subject to any applicable federal, state and local taxes. Customer shall pay all such taxes imposed on each order, and all penalties and interest, if any, accrued therewith. All duty and/or taxes owed for international orders shall be paid by Customer to customs authorities of their respectful country.
